Robotics in Computer Science

The students in the Intro to Computer Programming class at WaHi worked on a robotics unit that integrates hands-on construction with computer programming concepts. They built robots and wrote code to control movement, sensors, and decision-making, which reinforces core computer science skills such as sequencing, logic, debugging, and problem-solving. This project allowed students to see how code directly impacts real-world outcomes, helping them better understand how programming concepts are applied beyond the screen.
