Out & About with Dr. G - Garrison MS Robotics

Walla Walla Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Ben Gauyan recently stopped by Garrison Middle School to jump into CTE teacher Michael Bertram’s Robotics class for the latest episode of the Out & About with Dr. G video series. Instead of watching from the sidelines, Dr. Gauyan teamed up with students to compete in a hands-on Battle Bot challenge.

Out & About with Dr. G. takes viewers inside classrooms, shops, and training spaces across the district, highlighting the programs that give students real-world, hands-on learning experiences. In each visit, Dr. Gauyan rolls up his sleeves and learns alongside students and staff.

The goal is straightforward: showcase the skill, creativity, and dedication happening every day in Walla Walla Public Schools. He hopes to give the community an authentic look at how students are building practical skills for the future.
